Thomas Telford Limited (TTL), the commercial arm of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), today announced it has appointed a new Managing Director, Andrea Naylor.
Naylor joins TTL from the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, where she was Content Director. She brings over 25 years’ experience in professional publishing to her new role.
Naylor specalises in digital transformation projects and developing content and tools to help busy professionals. Previously she was Managing Director at Bloomberg Industries and LexisNexis, where she was responsible for the digital development of legal content.
She studied law at Oxford University.
ICE Director General and Secretary, Dr. Janet Young said:
“Andrea will build on the excellent progress that has made TTL a leader in its field for commercial civil engineering contract and information products and which has enabled the ICE to continue its charitable aims.”
Andrea Naylor said:
“I’m delighted to join the organisation at such a crucial time in its digital development and look forward to helping engineers and infrastructure professionals in their work. There is so much we can achieve.”
Naylor replaces Chris Gibson, who is leaving TTL in April after 15 years at the organisation.
